Rotational Moulding finishing processes
For the greatest economy, designs can by detailed to minimise the finishing processes required.
Part lines should be positioned so they can be easily and accurately trimmed. However the skilled staff can trim and polish any areas where a smooth surface is required.
Large holes or openings of any size or shape can be cut using jig mounted routers. Small holes are drilled, designs may incorporate position indicators or jigs can be fabricated.
Single mouldings can be cut to make two or more separate items.
Additional features can be machined with bespoke tooling or CNC cutters.
Fittings and extra components can be added to produce a finished product.
