Rotational Moulding Cooling Cycle
The rotational mould moves from the oven to the cooler. The arm continues to rotate and air or water is used to gradually reduce the mould temperature. The rotation of the mould stops the material sagging or gathering due to gravity and ensures even cooling so no internal stress develops.
Again the knowledge and experience at Amber determines the timing of this process. When the mould has reached the optimum level of cooling it moves to the DEMOULDING STAGE.
